Obama health care is coming - what's your opinion?

To me it means that I'll be able to buy insurance. Right now, I'm excluded due to a pre-existing condition. A condition that was taken care of 8 years ago and which my doctor says I am completely free of and which should cause no other problems. But which have made me unable to buy insurance none the less.

Poor virgod. Chloe is right just like the huge majority of canadians who are in favour of our health care system. Our government is not against it. Our government is not speaking against it. Our government is not trying to get rid of it. Our government is not saying that it doesn't work. One person said that. ONE. So take your misinformation somewhere else.

Btw, only americans say that the american health care system is the best in the world even though the WHOLE world do not agree. Only ignorant and arrogant americans think like that. At least some of you have a brain and can admit this.

I'm happy for americans. At least now some of you guys won't have to file for bankruptcy and lose all they have to pay their bills.

And I would suggest you research national health insurance in countries like Switzerland, France, Germany, etc. and tell me they are all like Canada.

If nothing is done, the health care system in this country will become something that only the top 10% of Americans can afford, when they can find a place to get it.

Shouldn't we wait for it to come out of committee to decided if we like it.

It is what your country needs desperately. I am very proud of our Canadian healthcare and do not listen to the BS that says we go to your country and people die here. If we have an important health issue we are seen right away, we get to see specialists when we want to. And I have been saved two years in a row from a health crisis. I am very proud of Canada and our government. I feel very sorry for those that do not have insurance and go bankrupt and die due to lack of healthcare.

You are very lucky to have a President that cares for all of you.
