What is a good high fiber breakfast?

    Since it's moving into colder months I'll give you a good hot breakfast. Measure out 1 serving of rolled oats (oatmeal) and add 1 serving of All Bran cereal. To this add water for 2 servings of the oatmeal and microwave on 50% power for 6 minutes. Add some cinnamon, honey or Splenda, raisins or grated apple.

    This will cover well over your daily needed fiber intake... plus it will keep you feeling full for a very long time. Also, because the cereal is IN the oatmeal, it bulks it up to almost 2 full servings with less than half the added calories and the cereal tastes just like the oatmeal once mixed up.
