Do you ever wish you could rate questions?
Seriously, there should be a way to give a thumbs down to questions that are so poorly-written that they don't make any sense.

Yes, I do feel many a times that questions are badly worded or are irrelevant.
However, by introducing a thumbs down/up system for questions, we would possibly end up encouraging trolls who indiscriminately use this facility to harass people. I have seen many answers which are obviously so bad or meaningless that they deserve thumbs down, but they still get thumbs up ratings! A similar thing would happen if we allow such rating for questions too.
I think it is better to stop the thumbs up/down marking for answers too, as they do create a bias when answers go for vote. Some people vote for the sake of earning a point, and they just vote for an answer that has a large no. of thumbs up! Only a discriminating member would read an answer carefully before casting his vote.
