True or false: A person can drink a gallon of rattlesnake venom and not feel a thing. I know this one. Hehehehe. 10 points to the first correct answer!

It is true that you can potential drink venom with no problems as long as you do not have any open wounds in your mouth or ulcers, however if you drink a gallon of venom straight all at one time... chances are you are defiantly going to feel something along the lines of sick due to the fact that its doesn't taste all that great, but other than that should be fine

Rattlesnake venom has to be injected into the bloodstream for it to be effective. Because a bite victim has to be envenomated for the venom to act out, the tissue destroying qualities that it has may eat right through your stomach lining if enough of it is drank. If you drink RS venom and you happen to have an open sore in your mouth or a cut, your in big trouble.

It's venom, not poison so it has to be injected. Drinking it won't do anything to you.
