Why can't i upload pictures to facebook?

When using the advanced uploader, theres no checkbox next to the line about certifying that the photos dont violate the terms of use, so whenever I try to upload my photos, I get an error message that says upload failed.

The simple uploader works fine, it just takes FOREVER.

Im running the newest version of firefox (IE also has the same problem) and my java is up to date

any thoughts?

    sometimes its the browsers that have bugs. try restarting you computer and do it again. or get another browser. suggestion: google chrome

    Maybe try making your pictures a little smaller.
