If I do not understand the question, I go to their profile and look at their other questions and answers.

Many people are new here.

I try my best to help them.

you could also benefit from to quote "growing up".

Ignore what you consider stupid and inane questions and look to use your knowledge to help someone.

Please do not get mad at my answer.

You can answer stupid questions with a stupid answer and inject some humor into everyone's day

When I ask a question, I do not always get it correct.

I would not post a technical question here. The few questions that I have posted received some really bad answers.

I enjoy answering the kids questions, I guess I still like being a teacher.

Sniper, Yahoo! Answers is a place for everyone. I am 61 years old but it looks like many of the people posting here could be my grand-children. They are very young and ask, sometimes, funny questions.

I work as an art director but I have been teaching French and meteorology. I like teaching. I like answering questions and no question is too stupid for me. Apart from that, I learn a lot on Yahoo! Answers by reading the answers of other people.

Wingman, ... if you read this; I will say it like Iceman in Top Gun: Wingman, you can be my wingman anytime! :-) Incidentally, I also fly, but a tiny little experimental Kitfox III aircraft.

Are you sniping for fun? I think it is called trolling. Everyone of the Y/A community has the right to ask questions. You don't have to answer others will.
