My radiator is leaking from the top! did i put too much water?

okay so i found out my radiator had a small crack and i got that fixed.

but when im driving and i park. i open up my hood and notice that their is ALOT of raditor fluid/water leaking from the top.

My radiator has to little like straws on each side. it always spills ONLY on the drivers side.

is it because i put to much water inside the radiator or is their some hose that connects thru their?

its a 99 lincoln continental. v8.

the crack was on the plastic.

Update:

well problem is that their is no radiator cap and the leak on the side doesnt spill anything at all

Replace the radiator cap and see if that takes care of the leak.
