Help with average speed?

If you travel for 1 hour at 10 miles per hour and for 2 hours at 25 miles per hour, what is your average speed for the entire trip?

    25 + 25 + 10 = 60

    60/3 = 20

    Average speed for entire trip is 20 MPH.

    You traveled 60 miles, divided by 3 hours, so 20 mph is your average.

    Add 10+25+25 and divide by three

    I think its.... 10+25+25, that =60 then divide by 3.

    20 mph is the average.

    Average speed=total distance/total time

    =60/3

    =20miles/hour

    find the time you've travelled for and the distance you've travelled.

    use that to find it out.
