Saving Xbox 360 games on the HDD?

Does saving games, like Oblivion and Fallout 3, to the HDD, run the games faster?

    You don't really download the 'game' onto the Harddrive, not in the way where you can play it without the disk anyways, but you download the data. Doing this will allow it to reduce lag and make it run faster. To answer your question altogeather; Yes, it does. :D

    It takes up "plenty" and that i propose lot's of area. Like 6 gig's for Rock Band.     well im not to sure but when i installed halo 3 to my hard drive a notice came up saying that if i wanted the game to work at its optimal performance that is was wise to uninstall in the game for the hdd. dont know if this applies to the games you have stated

    It does help with demanding games, cutting down loading times, but it can use alot of space. If you're not storing countless movies or crap on there, it will be fine.

    yeah. but there is not a big difference. i personaly think its a waste of space
