this is for my language arts class. i know it is stupid but just answer please by tonight or early in the morning please thanks so much oh and you dont have to put why and sorry i know this isnt the right place to put it but this is the best place so please answer i need a lot of answers :)

well first of all, why did u put it in the beauty section? and second of all i don't think so b/c when u turn 16 it is your sweet 16, that is one of the biggest years of your life. since it is ur sweet 16, a sweet part of it should be able to drive. if ur 13, mose 13 yr olds arent mature enough to handle driving a car everywhere. i think they should keep it the same way as it is, so u can look forward to growing up in some way.

I think we'd all benefit from a bunch of immature fresh teenagers not even in high school taking to the streets.
