What can I do with leftover Spaghetti?
I have lots of leftover Spaghetti left, just the Plain noodles part. I don't want it go to waste. I want to do something else with it besides make more sauce or just buttering the noodles up and adding some salt. Maybe you could tell me a recipe for some Spaghetti noodes (I like Chinese food) Maybe something that is real easy/simple to make and the ingredients can be found in many households? Maybe something like herbs or spices? Something tasty? Any ideas are helpful. Thanks.

add a bottle of Italian dressing, assorted chopped fresh veggies and some Parmesan cheese for a veggie pasta salad. All you need now is grilled chicken breast and you have a whole meal.

Fry them ... I'd serve them with wilted spinach, onions, mushrooms, and soy sauce...here's a recipe:
Step 1 Gather the ingredients. You'll need:
(1) package of your favorite frozen vegetable stir-fry mix
(1) 16 oz. package of spaghetti noodles
2 Lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
vegetable oil
salt
pepper
Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
Step 2 Place noodles in a large pot of boiling water, turn to "low" and cover.
Step 3 Dice and slice the chicken into small 1/2 inch pieces. Cook in an open skillet on "high" with 1/8 cup of vegetable oil and 1/4 cup of Teriyaki sauce. Stir frequently. Make sure the chicken is cooked thoroughly, then empty all contents of the skillet into the large bowl.
Step 4 Empty the package of frozen stir-fry vegetable mix into the same skillet you used to cook the chicken. Cook in an open skillet on "high" with 1/8 cup of vegetable oil and 1/4 cup of Teriyaki sauce. Stir frequently. When vegetables are cooked and browning slightly, empty all contents of the skillet into the large bowl.
Step 5 Check to see if spaghetti noodles are cooked thoroughly. Take out one noodles with a fork. When the noodle is cool enough to touch, throw it at the ceiling. If it doesn't stick, the noodles need to cook a little longer. Repeat this test until the noodles are ready, then proceed to the next step.
Step 6 When the noodles are ready, drain and rinse, then put 1/3 of the noodles into the skillet. Cook in an open skillet on "high" with 1/8 cup of vegetable oil and 1/4 cup of Teriyaki sauce. When the oil and sauce are no longer puddling in the pan (are gone) empty the contents of the skillet into the large bowl. Repeat this step with the remaining 2/3 of the noodles.
Step 7 Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Stir all contents of the bowl together - making sure all contents are mixed in thoroughly. Serve immediately.

Make stir fried veggies, a spicy peanut sauce and add the pasta.
Make a fritatta, a egg and veggie based dish. Use the noodles in the fritatta.
Not exactly the right noodle but a noodle kugel would be real good.

or cut them smaller and use them in chicken soup
edit - elizabeth reminded me of a great recipe for garlic noodles. make sure your pasta is cold and dry first.
boil some chicken stock or broth, about 1 cup to 1 lb of noodles, and a few cloves of chopped garlic. put your pasta in a heatproof bowl and pour the broth/garlic over it. leave it on the counter and every so often, mix it around so that all the noodles absorb the broth. this is a great side dish

Malaysian Fried Noodle
Ingredients
Sauce:
# 1 tbsp light soy sauce
# 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
# 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
# 3 tbsp water
# ¼ tsp ground pepper
Grind finely:
# 3 – 4 fresh red chillies
# 4 large cloves garlic
# 3 pcs firm white tofu
# 2 medium-size potatoes
# ½ cup oil
# 1 onion, halved and sliced thinly
# 2 small ripe tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
# 2 cups (loosely-packed) mustard greens (sawi), plucked into 5 cm lengths
# 1 ½ cups (loosely-packed) cabbage, shredded 1 cm thick
# 500 g fresh yellow wheat noodles (place in a colander and rinse quickly under the tap to rid of excess oil)
# 1 ½ cups bean sprouts
Garnish:
# 3 tbsp crisp, fried shallots
# 3 tbsp spring onion, sliced 0.5 cm thick
# 4 – 5 calamansi limes, halved
Method
In a small bowl, stir the sauce ingredients together and set aside. Grind the chillies and garlic in a small food processor or chopper, adding a little water to help the blades work, if necessary.
Peel potatoes and cut into halves lengthwise. Cover with water and boil for 10 – 12 minutes or until tender (but not soft). Drain. Cut tofu into halves and blot carefully with kitchen paper to get rid of excess moisture (this prevent splattering during frying).
Heat oil in a wok and fry potatoes until golden brown. Remove and drain on absorbent paper. When cool enough to handle, cut crosswise into 0.5 cm slices. Now fry the tofu in the same oil until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and when cool enough to handle, cut into 1 cm slices.
Remove all but 3 tbsp of the oil from the wok. Place wok over medium heat and fry the ground chilli and garlic mixture, stirring continuously, until the paste is well cooked. Add the sliced onion, turn up the heat to high and add the tomatoes, potatoes and tofu. Fry for 2 – 3 minutes.
Stir in the mustard greens and cabbage and continue frying for a few more minutes. Add noodles and sauce mixture and continue frying until noodles are tender.
Push noodles to the edges of the wok to create a “well” in the middle of the pan. Drizzle 2 tsp of oil in this and crack in 2 eggs. Stir them around to scramble them and when the egg starts to set, combine with the noodles. Finally, add the beansprouts, fry on high heat for another 2 or 3 minutes and dish out onto a serving platter. Garnish the top with fried shallots, spring onion and calamansi limes.
Malaysian Fried Noodle is of course best served hot off the pan, but it will tolerate standing around for a bit and being served at room temperature.

add some oil so the noodles dont stick together. do something like a lomein. use what ever you have. like sliced mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, and chopped/sliced meat (pork, beef,or whole shrimp). cook the meat and veggies first, like a stir fry. then add the noodles. season with soy sauce and pepper. stir until hot.

Garlic noodles and chicken.
I have a picky boyfriend, but he loved it.
You just melt butter in the mic and add garlic salt to your liking. Cook the chicken and then mix it all together.
If you have it, add parmesan cheese to the top of it.
