One probably wouldn't hurt you but they have so much sugar it's just a short term energy burst and then you crash. Also those drinks dehydrate you.

I drink a red bull each morning. Its my caffeine fix as i dont like coffee. Could say im addicted in some ways. everything is all good in moderation! Just dont overdo it a) because of the sugar content b) too much caffeine is bad for you c) natural energy is the best

It would probably be fine, but keep in mind that you're going to crash eventually. If you're talking about getting energized for the game, there's the crash and the fact that it'll dehydrate you. If you're just talking calories, go for it.
