If I stop taking my BC a week into the pack, how quickly can I get pregnant?
So I was off of BC for a month because my doctor wanted to see if the pills were contributing to headaches I was having. They weren't, so I went back on them. However, after a week starting the pills again, my boyfriend and I decided we wanted to start trying for a baby. So I stopped taking the pills. Now that I've been off the pills for a few days, I've started bleeding. I don't think it's my period because I had my last one just 2 weeks ago. We've now been having sex about twice a day in our attempts, but would this current bleeding prevent me from getting pregnant?

I don't know what kind of BC you were on, I've heard horror stories about some, but in your situation I would say you will probably need a good month or so to get regular. You can google and look for herbs and/or vitamins to take to regulate your cycle (I've heard that vitex is great) and also get your body ready for a baby. Most BC are out of your system within a few days, actually. My sister got pregnant within the month she was off BC, so it really just depends from person to person. GOOD LUCK!

Depending at the kind of capsules and the way they paintings to give up your ovulation cycle, it would be as much as a month earlier than the meds kick out and your frame is going again to common. However, you stopped taking the meds mid month and you then had bleeding--used to be the bleeding across the time of your common interval time? Because if it used to be, then it would imply that you are already competent to get pregnant. If you are aiming to concieve, it will be quickly ample. If you are aiming not to concieve, return for your capsules, however give up via the physician's workplace first (due to the fact that a few capsules are in any such method wherein you must begin in every single place on the opening of the month so your part a percent proper now could be fully vain). Best recommendation I can deliver you is that you just must fairly give up via and assess together with your physician. Use a condom till then if you are now not watching to get pregnant, and if you're, simply experience it and it will occur quickly ample.
