Should I be worried about this?
Right now I have a massive migraine. I hardly ever get headaches, but my head feels like it wants to pop. Also, I just got a nose bleed to stop (I don't know why but it just randomly started), which had lasted for 10 minutes. Should I be concerned or should I take a few ibuprofen and sleep on it?

Migraines and nosebleeds happen, they're not exactly life threatening. I think you should sleep on it, and if it's not better or gone away in the morning, see a doctor.

I am the equal method. There are a couple of at house cures you'll take a look at. I uncover leisure methods comparable to yoga, respiring physical activities stretching can paintings. Finding a glad situation, a a laugh reminiscence or favourite pastime you'll suppose approximately. For a few persons track will paintings, gambling a favourite music can modify you attitude. If you suppose as even though not anything works it's constantly really useful to head speak to a therapist. There is also whatever triggering your pressure that may be resolved. Good good fortune.

first off ibuprofen is a TERRIBLE idea if you had that bloody nose, ibuprofen thins your blood (and therefore will make you continue to bleed more n more) because it is mainly used to settle down the swelling of something...so aspirin if anything but not that. also, migrains bring bloody noses, so if it happens again id definetly go see a doctor cuz those arent no joke!!

Take some multivitamins, especially Vitamin K as it helps with blood clotting and that will get rid of your nosebleed. Definitely eat something, and try to relax. It'll go away soon and if it doesn't call your doctor.

It could be high blood pressure. Get checked out, maybe go to a pharmacy and use there automated blood pressure machine to check it. Wal Mart usually has them also.

Get your blood pressure checked as soon as you can. Also, do you have allergies? Are you on meds? Something isn't right.
