Can A Recovering Alcoholic Drink Cider?

Well, I'm Asking Because I'm Planning A Thanksgiving Dinner Party And I Can't Drink Alcohol Because I'm A Recovering Addict And Was Wondering If Its Ok Or Not... What Do You Think?

Update:

And Of Course I Don't Want To Relapse. . .

Update 2:

Sparkling Apple Cider is a great alternative - my father drinks it every holiday (also used to be an addict) instead of alcohol. However be careful you are not picking up hard cider, which IS alcoholic.

Nope. You are a recovering ADDICT you don't think you'll keep drinking after one?

    I don't think so.

Well only if it's alcoholic cider

Wait. APPLE CIDER? Omg that's not even alcoholic. Of course you can! just not hard cider

Well, if you shouldn't drink alcohol, then no, don't drink the cider. Unless this is just unfermented spiced apple cider, which is a completely different drink -- basically just apple juice with cinnamon, cloves, and orange peel.
