What do you all think of Portland State University?

I'm kinda considering going there. For a freshman, what's it like? Who's been there? Any problems with it?

    You can get an excellent education there. It is a commuter school - most students live in the community, not on campus, so there really is not a huge campus community as such.

    Portland is one of the most livable cities in the US and you ought to find plenty to do when you are away from your studies.
