Hmmm... Bobby Flay is not one of my favorites. He seems condescending, but seemed to have mellowed over the years.
When Food Network was FoodTV, Bobby Flay and another guy had a show (Grillin and Chillin???) where Bobby would present his fancy, big city, book learned techniques and the other guy would cook his country, life learned version. Bobby would give this guy funny looks and roll his eyes. I have a hard time respecting someone like that.

Flay all the way. I am not a big fan of Emeril's cooking even though I am from the south. I do love Bobby Flay as he makes everyday meals that anyone can cook awesome.

Of course - I like to watch the Throw Down with Bobby Flay and his grilling show. I have his cook book all about burgers, there are some great recipes in that book.

I love Bobby Flay, especially Throwdown with Bobby Flay. He's got talent and he knows it so why not be able to flaunt it? I want to try out one of his restaurants. Food looks sooo good when he makes it on Throwdown, makes me hungry just watching it.

I really cant stand him. He is just like the other person said, very smug. He seems very annoyed with his job, like everyone gets on his nerves or something. Plus you can always tell how he is reading from a script, not a very good 'actor' (in food network world, anyway).
But alton brown... that is another story :) (I love good eats!)
