We do not know that the universe never existed. We do not know what happened before the first few tiny fractions of a second at the beginning of the universe and science does not say that there was nothing it says there was a singularity which is not "nothing". There are other logical fallacies in the video, so it is automatically disqualified from refuting atheism.
Btw: I'm not an atheist but the video doesn't convince me at all because it is full of logical holes.

The guys basically supports atheism without knowing it. He first says that everyone agrees that the universe was created (wrong). His ENTIRE argument is based on that fallacy.
Everything! He puts that statement out there to try to sidestep around the "What created god" question, but you can't sidestep that. It's a real question that will bring you back to the only truth about belief in god: It is 100% faith based. You can't prove it logically, or otherwise.

Try proving the existence of a god first, then you may have some chance of refuting atheism.
Best of luck with that.

What theists seem incapable of understanding is that if atheism was refutable, then we wouldn't be atheists.

Yeah...that first book of the Bible also says that light preceded the stars and that days existed before the sun and that humans are made from dirt. So that`s credibility right out the window.
here`s one for you though...It`s raining now in Tokyo, but it was sunny before...where`s the intermediate?

His first argument that science and religions agree that the universe is created is wrong.
Science believes the Universe came into being via natural causes. Created implies Intelligent design, for which there is zero evidence.

You don't refute Atheism-- you PROVE Theism. Interesting how no one really even tries to do that!

Atheists don't say the universe was created from nothing. We just say we don't know how it came to be.
Believers don't know, either, so they assume that their god must have created it. There is a fundamental difference there.
And by your own logic, you have to now admit that something must have created your god.
