Are you addicted to Yahoo!Answers?

I'am! I love to help people and get a good feeling when i get a best answer as i know i've helped someone with my knowledge.

addicted? no way....

I do find it fun to honestly answer a question form my experience and reality and find out what the reaction is for the people that read it. I go back later and see who gave me a thumbs down and thumbs up / bst answer type of thing.

I am older and I gather from doing this awhile that most of the people on Y7 answers are younger than I, most in their teens. Some haven't liked my answers but it doesn't bother me. I tried my best to answer honestly with the purpose of helping. My advice, as someone wise put it to me, is worth exactly what you all paid for it...nothing. So when it boils down to it, I do this for fun.

I believe that people don;t detail their answers because there seems to be a bias against people who write many words...the longer it is, the less people will take the time to read it.

Speaking for myself only, I reply/answer only to Help others, not for the Points.

Isn't that the purpose of Answers? To sincerely help Others.

A little tiding of one's time, researching answers to one's question is a joy if I know I am able to help people.
