No, in heaven, you won't have a bullet in your head. The divine surgeons can easily dislodge your bullet ; they can even do the reverse : they can put your head in a bullet !

When someone dies and goes to the heaven, he get completely healthy. So I think you won't feel the pain in heaven.

i dont think so.. well i hope not.. but no one really knows what happens in heaven
so whatever happens in heaven, stays..
