This bright blue "Answer Question" button has disappeared for every single question I visit. HELP?

I've spoken with our development team and here's some things you can do or check to resolve the issue:

1. Upgrade to the latest version of your browser.

2. Clear your cache of your browser.

3. Turn off Javascript to see whether the button is visible.

Same problem here with firefox in XP for 36 hrs. Internet Explorer works, that’s why I can write this, but I hate IE. I posted the question on YA Italy (I’m Italian), still got no help. I also e-mailed the YA Technical Support: their reply was “thanks for using our service.”

If I solve the problem, I’ll let you know how. Please, if you work it out, post it in the add details.

Ha! Done! I downloaded and installed a new version of Firefox and it’s workin’. First thing I (we all) shoulda thought of, actually.

At ginny, it still shows answer question button even when you have reached your limit, it may just be a glitch.

It's most probably because you've answered too many questions, just wait another 12h and you'll be able to answer again.

I know it's very frustrating, it happened to me to!
