Bad sleeping habit please help!!!?

Ok I really need some advise. My 7.5 month old started this at about 6 months and has not stopped since. He wakes for bottles all night. Goes down about 7:30-8 and has 6oz then wakes around 11:30ish for 6 oz. Then again at 3ish for another 6oz. Then I get up at 6 and hes right behind me waiting another bottle but the Am bottle he really only wants 4oz. Hes great during the day and I know it could be from teething but not for this long. Thats when it started was when he was teething and was getting up like this. Now its every night. Im so tired at this point. I need some good advise on what to do. FYI: Heres a little background on him. He has sever reflux and is on meds for it along with a slight milk/soy protein allergy so is on Alimentum RTF. The reflux meds along with the ALi have changed him for the better and he is doing amazing with that. Any Ideas!

Update:

Hes been on solids since he was 4 months and yes he seems t oeat the whole 6 oz so Im assuming hes hungry. Iv tried everything for him before giving the bottle but he will scream for it. I guess I could try giving more than 6 oz but due to the reflux anytime we have tried to give more than 6 it has come right back up.

With my daughter when I tried to phase out the middle of the night bottles, I would hold her and cuddle and give her a pacifier. I dont know if he likes the pacifier. It worked in helping us get away from the middle of the night feedings. I didn't do this until about 8 or 9 months. I kind of let her do as she needed. If she still whined or was awake after about 5 to 10 minutes, then I would give in and give a bottle.

Maybe you could try just cuddling him for a few minutes at one of the feedings. He might have just gotten used to getting up to eat and spend time with you, and if you don't feed him, he will learn not to wake up. My 9 month old still wakes up once to eat, but he just nurses for a few minutes and goes back to sleep. When he wakes up at an unusual time, I just give him a kiss, lay him back down and turn on his little lullaby bear.

Is he on solids? If not maybe he is still hungry, try feeding him more during the day. I also find that when I take my son outside for at least an hour a day he sleeps a lot better.
