Foreskin won't retract?

Well my penis is sorta bend the foreskin is not inline with the "pee hole" so my aim is quite off when i pee. it won't retract when flacid either.

Any help?

    Get circumcised! I was circumcised at 18 and can assure you it is cleaner, healthier, better looking and it improves sexual function. Females also prefer circumcised guys!

    did you try soaking in a warm bath and trying to retract it then,and if that don't work then i would see a doctor to see juts what else can be done.
