Whats the opposite of self-sufficiency.?
I'm doing a paper about Self-sufficiency but I need to know how you call the population that depends on foreign products when the nationaly produced ones do not suffice. In other words, lets say the self sufficiency of China is 95 percent. I need to know how you call that 5 percent of the population. The paper is in Japanese so if you could give me the word in Japanese it would help great deal, but if you know it in English please tell me and ill try to translate it.
