Simon Cowell born in Brighton, but that's the only thing bright about him, after getting rid of Lucy Jones.?.?

Yeah I always thought the X factor was a stupid idea. The fact that the public vote is stupid coz you get stupid idiotic girls voting for John and Edward when they clearly have no talent.

It all ends up how Cowell wants it anyway, so they might as well just have the auditions and Cowell makes his decision then in my opinion.

I still watch it though, I think its fun to watch, but I think its a bad idea.

Let's face it I don't think Lucy could win and Simon had the sense to let the entertainment go on a little longer.I think we need to lighten up about X factor.

I know a girl named Lucy Jones through Bebo I would watch her cause I fancied this boy and they lived in the same town and she seemed cool.

Sad isn't it, the X Factor thing. Simon's always "said it like it is" - why did he have to stop then? Sell out.. and I don't mean his venues not that that would be false..

Lucy was never going to win it - Stacy is a better singer so why keep her in??? also, Simon knew that Jedward brought in a lot of viewers and - most importantly - votes so he wasn't going to vote them out 'cause he'd lose money. Also, the twins are funny!!!! (I'm Irish too! =D )

I agree! I mean what happened to it being a 'singing competition" and Simon moaning repeatedly before each John and Edward performance and calling them "horrors". He had his chance to knock them out of the Competition yet he decided to get rid of Lucie (one of the competitions best singers!)

It's probably a tactic to help his acts stay in the competition or to keep John and Edward in as they get tonnes of votes and he receives money for each and every vote. The things people do for money eh?! It's ridiculous.
