Kunitz is officially out for 2 weeks with a lower body injury.
Malkin is coming back tonight though.
I just want the team back! :(
Especially Talbot...




QUESTION: With any injuries on your team, who do you wish would be pulled up from your minor league team to play in the NHL?

Mine would probably have to be Luca Caputi...

DUN DUN DUNNN. (I know, I know, I'm sorry to bring up those three bad words.)

I, too, would like Talbot back. I wouldn't expect him to take over the scoring lead or anything, but he at least could provide some heart to the Pens. Sometimes a little heart is the difference when a game is close.

I'm excited that Malkin is coming back. Obviously, the Pens are just no good without Malkin and Gonchar. I say that before tonight's game, the Pens' strip Crosby of the C and give it to Malkin, since (as someone put it to me) Crosby's obviously just a role player. :b

ANSWER: Honestly, Luca Caputi would be my choice too. He's the best prospect to fill a gap.

I wouldnt mind seeing Luca Caputi up here, or even Tangradi, but i think both of them still need to hone their skills more in WBS before they get a call up. They will be good NHL players, but I think having them up here right now would do them more of a disservice to them than help them.

Caputi. I'm saving him as my next favorite Pens player since Sykora decided to leave me......until he comes up for good I am 'favorite-less' :b

I also wouldn't mind seeing Tangradi or Jeffrey. Jeffrey's got some talent and I'd like to see how Tangradi handles the big leagues. Though, since Tangradi recently hurt himself I wouldn't want him to rehurt his arm.

That's a good thing that Geno,s playing tonight cause we need his offensive talent again and it sucks that we lost yet another player in Kuntiz.  I would like to see Simon Depres or Andy Bathgate to come up and see how they do.
