Regular seasonal flu shot?

I have questions for the women who were pregnant in years prior to 2009 (prior to swine flu pandemic).. were your doctors reccomending the regular seasonal flu shot while pregnant? ie. did someone inform you that you should get it while being pregnant? or did you the thought not occur to you as no one was making a big deal about it?

in previous years if you have an underlying health problem then yes you would have been offered the seasonal flu vaccine if you were pregnant, however if you are just pregnant with NO underlying health issues then you will not be offered the seasonal flu jab as you are not in the "at Risk" category.

The reason all pregnant people are offered swine flu jab is that if you are to contract it the chances of becoming seriously ill are high where as with seasonal flu they are not.
