If a body of a christian person washed up in a Muslim country, would you be given a Christian burial?

Coming from an Islamic background I can tell you that Muslims are supposed to respect Christians and Jews but I have never heard anything of an Islamic Regime giving a traditional burying to someone of a different monotheistic faith.

The answer would be a big no. Both religions have different points of views on people who don't believe in the others religion. Muslims believe that if they kill infidels who will not turn to there religion they will get 40 young female virgins in heaven when they die. Now Christians and Jewish people both know that commenting suicide they already on there way to hell. Now Most of the Jewish people wont touch a dead body unless they be unclean themselves and since and Christians are taught thought the bible that the dead can't be touched less who so ever touched the body will be unclean.

Now Muslims hate both the Christians and the Jews because we don't worship Allah so there for we must die or convert (which is unlikely) and so if a body of a Jew or a Christian was found by a Muslim you can almost think of the possibilities of what they would do to it. Spite on it, Burn it or cut it up and use it for an example to try and say they are better then the other religions

If they can't identify the person the corpse used to be, they'll just give it whatever John Doe burial they do in that country. It's not like Christian bodies glow a certain color so people know to bury them a certain way.

Yes, define "Muslim country" most of Middle East is Muslim and Christian and only Israel Jew, so we have Christian all over the Middle East even though many people forget about us.

Seems like they'd try and find out where the body came from and like any other nation, simply return it to its place of origin...don't think religion would have anything to do with it...but I could be wrong.

Not sure about that , but doubt it. But for those of us who Christians and die, we are absent from the body, and present with the Lord, so that doesn't matter to us. At least to me it wouldn't. I am with Jesus no matter where my body is buried or how!

I do not see how they can if the Muslims buried them, for Muslim are not of the Christian faith.
