The processor should have known to call base legal or even the military police. Either one of those could have either escorted the processor, or had the soldier come to the visitor's sign in center.

Do you know the unit the soldier is in? If so contact the first Sgt. Also, you can go to the Adjutant General and reach them that way. The other way is through the Red Cross, they are usually for emergencies but you can call them to see if they have any way of reaching the soldier. You can also go to the posts website and find contact information for JAG (The legal Department of the military) or the chaplins and they should be able to help you.

If they are deployed you won't be able to do anything Legal until they return.
