protein after the gym for me?

Hi all, im currently taking this after a gym workout 3-4 times a week i take it right after the gym (in the changing rooms) i just wanted to know if im taking it enough? im looking for fat loss and do cardio / weights however im worried it would make me put on weight? any help would be great. Scott

    How many servings do you take? 1 scoop would suffice for most normal workouts, 2 if you're really hitting it heavy (doesn't sound like you are).

    General rule is 25-35 grams within the hour after a workout, and if you're going for muscle mass at least 1 gr per 1lb of body weight (spread the rest throughout the day). If your main focus isn't muscle mass, you can trim that down to .5-.8grms per pound.

    Make you fat? doubt it...Whey is fairly lean if you just use water.

    fat loss ?

    u do know that u need between 10 - 18% body fat before u can start putting on muscle mass/bulking up
