What would you ask for to be included for free with a new car?
Random question but we are going to buy a new car tomorrow (Brand new) the car value is 12000 so its no Porsche ;) what would you advise i can be cheacky with an ask to be included? ive only ever brought used cars so im lucky to get £50 off :P

Hi guys and girls, tomorrow im due to go in to have a op to have 2 x wisdom teeth out.. im going to be knocked out / put to sleep under a local... i woke up today (24 hours before) all bungged up, with the flu.. im dosing up on tablets / drinks and hope its starting to ease off... i feel fine apart from being very clogged up / constantly blowing my nose.. YUK i know.. will they still do the op you think? Thanks. Scott

Hi all ive recently started to go back to the gym to shift a few stone :P ive been going on and off for years (6 months at a time but never asked this question that i always wanted to know) on the machines i can choose workouts as you all may know, ive noticed that fat burn workouts are low intensity and cardio is high this also chages my target heart rate, if say when on a X trainer my THR should be130 (im 23 hears old) if i go over this into the cardio zone or say up to 150 will i no longer burn fat? and how can i stop going over? because if i slow down or make it harder / higer level it still goes up... any help would be great. thanks scott

Hi all im very pale skinned and would like to condition my skin so that when i go abroad i can actually go out in the sun without factor 50 and get a tan... i wouldn't also mind looking a lil browner :) im not talking about going 3 days a week or anything just every little helps... how long do you think i should go on there for? use what cream if any? and if you get different machines in these places what one? ive never walked into these places before so ignore my lack in knowledge... all help would be great. i burn very easy but just go red, then go white after a few days.....i think this is lack of holidays in hot countries when i was little too ;) Scott.

Hi all ive got a un-used 49 key midi keyboard that i was brought for my bday in April.. i was going to use this to produce music via cubase however this never took off.. im really interested in using it as a normal keyboard IE learn music and how to play songs. can this be done with it not being full sized?(only 49 keys) and also do i need to be able to read music to play and what could you guys and girls recommend for learning IE and dvds, software etc any help would be grand. thanks. Hi guys and girls, im pretty new to the gym, when im running im forced to stop after around 0.3k due to pain in my calves, front lower shin (virtually the joint between my leg to foot. i can remove this pain by pausing the run and re stretching, this helps and gets me going however another 0.2k on and its back again, and constant re stretching is needed, this then stops me running, will this pain go, can i fix it? i know its muscle not joint pain because as i said a stretch sorts me out temporarily Thanks. Hi guys and girls, recently started the gym and have been going 3 times a week, recently cut back on chocolate, and most bad things, or at least having them in allot smaller moderation, i just wanted to know if anyone can recommend a good fat burning workout, i aim to go to the gym 3-4 days a week and can do 90 mins in there or more if needed. im currently 14.9 stone Any help would be great, thanks Scott
