Air in the tyres?
Depends on the dealer. They will not be making a loss but will want your money. Its a game they all play. You can ask and if you are prepared to walk away you might get a bit, free mud flaps or metallic paint, depends where it is coming from, what is in stock. Asking for a colout that is not in the dealership might help, or it might not.
Remember though, the dealers have heard it all and know the tricks.

Floor mats may be a good one to try for. Anything else worth having would cost the dealer too much of their profit on the deal.
If you intend keeping the car 3 years or more you could ask for the first MOT to be free. This one will only work if the dealer has it's own MOT station, as it is a good way for them to retain you as a long term customer.

Free servicing for as long as you can negotiate is a valuable extra. Try for free for 3 years, you might get it, or perhaps for 2 years. Free servicing is something that would save you a lot of money, as you have to have it done, but it's something that won't cost the dealer too much to do for you.

Stereo upgrade , tank of petrol (amazingly enough a lot of dealers do not include this in the price) or mats and flaps.
If you can only afford flat paint try asking if they will give you an upgrade to metallic highly unlikely but worth a try.

A dealer does not make much profit on a $12,000 car. Therefore your chances of getting any stuff free is pretty small. However, you could ask for floor mats, free first maintenance visit, a tee shirt, or a bottle of water. You might get lucky.
