Bleeding in pregnancy TMI?
I am currently 11 weeks 2 days pregnant, on Monday I had a tiny amount of blood on the tissue when I went to the bathroom at work, I immediately left and visited my GP who referred me to the Birmingham Womans Hospital for an Early Pregnancy Scan where I saw the little bean whose little heart was beating away and was confirmed to be 10 weeks and 6 days pregnant, today the same thing has happened, what could it be and should I worry?

Hey I just answered a similar question on this so sorry if youve read that and I repeat myself. Ive experienced this in the past week and I am 8 weeks. Does this happen after a bowel movement as your cervix is very soft and full of blood so the straining, particularly if you are constipated, can cause it to bleed a little. I only seem to get the bleeding usually after a BM and I only then get a small amount. My mum and sister both had the same. I am sure it is nothing to be worried about. I too had a scan and also gynaecological check but all was fine. xx

I did the same thing with both of my pregnancies. So don't worry. They told me it was normal.

you have seen the heartbeat which is an extremely positive sign hun! Miscarriage statistics are very low once you've seen the heatbeat.
