Body language..how can one interpret this...?

I would guess that it means that 2 people are sitting having a conversation with other people. To be honest, the question doesn't make a ton of sense. You've giving us a situation in where 2 people are sitting within close proximity, but haven't acknowledged each other. The body language of how they are sitting could indicate that they desire to be close to one another. But it really depends on how close they are as friends or otherwise. Without further information, it's quite difficult to interpret the body language of those 2 particular people.

Depends on the context of the environment but when anybody ever leaves their chest open or their legs point in the direction of a person they are talking to. It means they are comfortable talking to this person and enjoy their company.

It seems as if they both bore each other. They seem like they are ignoring each other. Crossing your arms or legs means you are either bored, angry, or too shy. But they are talking to different people so they probably are bored with each other.

hmmmmm kind of hard to interpret because they are not talking at all, body lenguage usually is intepreted when there is a conversation. It might be just coincidence, If that other person doesn't talk to her at all with that other person, i wouldn't assume anything.
