Please Help me name this movie...?

Ok.. I remember watching it like a long time ago not really sure about the year. It's about this girl who is kinda like a tomboy and some people steal her brothers bike or motor cycle, and she or her brother ends up killing someone. so they are like on the run or something.. Pat Benatar's "Love is a Battlefield" I think was one of the songs on the soundtrack.. I been soo long since I watched this movie and I would like to try to download it as soon as I find the name of it.. Thank You in advance..
