That's completely a decision you have to examine and make. You need to research the both of them and figure out which one would match your lifestyle better. Family? House or apartment? Time to spend with them? And outdoor activities? If you only have a small apartment, don't want an animal you need to exercise a lot with, or even pay a lot of attention to, a bunny might be a better decision, yet you still need to keep up on cleaning their cages and making sure they have fresh food and water at all times. Personally, from experience, as long as you keep up on cleaning their cages (mine has a litter box) then they honestly don't smell bad. As for a puppy, they have a lot of energy and a lot of needs that you need to be ready for. They won't be ideal pets at first as they arn't potty trained yet, need to be fed a lot, taken out, and often will chew at first until they learn the rules. They will often need to be walked a lot and taken out for exercise, as well as cleaned up after, and taken to the vet for all necessary shots and treatments. If you think you have the time and energy to give to a dog, that may be a better decision. As I stated, this is only a little bit of a background; yet no person can specifically tell you what to choose.

LOL you are asking this in DOGS. We are going to be bias.

Still I think a dog. Rabbit's you put in a pen. They don't come when you call, they don't cuddle, they aren't you're best friend. A puppy (god willing you know how to treat them right and train them) will be the best friend you've ever had.

both equally good. I used to have a rabbit and we would rough him up and he would chase us around the backyard..so much fun till he got hold of one of us lol.

Puppy is much more fun since they are more active. They need much more care too though.
