sometimes when i lay down on my bed or sit down on my couch...i have a sudden feeling that im falling!!...so i grab the something near me instantly...then the feeling goes away right away
this feeling only last for about a second

i get dizzy when i lay on my back, is it like that? if it is then i don't know either. must be a problem with the inner ear i think. never really bothered me 'cause i sleep on my stomach so never really looked into it

well there is two things that cause this, either your pregnant or your high take your pick
