Help passing emissions?

My 93 Ford Mustang GT has no cats. I have a few bolt on mods and a full exhaust system. Is it possible for me to pass emissions without the cats? Is there anything I can do so that when they plug the sniffer into it it burns a little cleaner. If it helps, everything in the fuel and ignition system is new and was replaced about 2 months ago. Do any of those fuel additives that say you will pass actually work? I've never been a believer in any of that stuff

You Probably Wont Pass Without The Cats.

With a sniffer test probably not. That's why people use "test" pipes...so they can just swap their cat back in for the test and swap it back out when it's done. It's going to be a pain to do it now, maybe you should try the additives (I believe they use toulene, could be wrong) but there's no guarantee it will work. Basically, they just make the combustion cycle more complete.

If it doesn't work then you're going to have to go the test pipe route (ie weld flanges to a cat(s) inlet and outlet and flanges to a "test/cutout" portion of your exhaust.

Your 93 Mustang should not need a emissions test. I believe that is only for 1996 and later vehicles with OBD-ll engine controls(at least that is the law in Vermont).

You can't expect it to pass without a cat. Its like taking the filter off a cigarette then smoking it. Very harmful!

If you have no cats, you will not pass emissions. Period and sorry.
