What is that name of that one crappy comic strip?

Ok, I remember that the words were never in bubbles but the piece was always paragraphs long. It was always political, and never seemed to be funny, as if the author was in another realm of humor that normal people could not access. The are was crisp and the noses of the characters (which seemed to vary) were pointed and ridge-less. I feel like it was called Bloomberg or something like that.
