Is it still good to use a bottle of minced garlic left out?
So I opened a bottle of minced garlic I bought from the store and left it out for a night before I read the bottle that said refrigerate after opening. The lid was closed and I've left fresh minced garlic out before but it usually just dries out. I know regular garlic can be left out but is there something in the bottle that I should be worried about?

If no bugs got in and it doesn't smell funny it should be fine.
