Every facebook game is different, there is no such thing as a program to hack facebook games.
if you want to hack stuff, design facebook apps and such. it can take years to become a good hacker.

Some coding ones do, such as the infamous Cheat Engine. But you need to know how to use them. Other ones that claim that they will automatically hack for you are fake, despite how authentic the ads may make them sound. Alternatively, you can code your own hack, but you need to be experienced in CSS, HTML, and Java to be able to modify facebook gaming language.
