Yes, we are all sick of them - report them when you see them. If everyone did this we would be rid of some of their rubbish, though we'll never be rid of all of them.
Yes, some people fall for the scam - the products don't work, and they also lose a lot of money with the so caled "free trials"
All anyone needs to lose weight is a good healthy diet and exercise - it takes time, no pill, potion or supplement will help.
