Switching video connectivity?
Hello. I am using an Asus Radeon 4670 graphics card, and want to switch the connectivity from VGA to DVI. The only cable I have is a HDMI to dvi cable; my card has a hdmi output and my monitor has a DVI input. However when its all connected and I try to boot, it just displays "No signal". My monitor is HD, and I have tried this with the VGA in both the monitor and the card unplugged as well. I know there is nothing wrong with my monitor, as I have tried it with my 360 and it works, and the same goes for my cable. Am I doing anything wrong?
Also, my monitor is a GNR 22".
Ok thanks for the answer but I'm switching connectivity for the quality - any other suggestions? thanks

here's a cool adapter that would work. but it wont be true dvi. you'll just be using an adapter with a vga male to dvi female adapter.
