Please help me! I'm getting thinner without trying and it's killing me?
I've lost 6 pounds in 2 days, and that would be terrific, except I'm losing weight drastically without bulimia. I had the flu one day and threw up nearly everything my body consumed, including water. The flu is gone, but every time I eat, I feel like I'm going to vomit. I get to crouching over the toilet and gagging, but nothing comes out! I know if I don't eat, my body will waste away, but if I do eat, I feel indescribable pain. I have no one else to turn to. I ate about 6 hours ago and since then, I've been crying it hurts so bad. My parents don't know what to do.

First off, you do need to keep eating because if you continue to dry heave, you'll eventually damage your asophagus and stomach lining. Keeping yourself hydrated is important. Electrolyte drinks like Gatorade are healthier than water in your current state. This is likely an after-effect of the flu. Try to eat very mild things that don't hurt to throw up - namely, soup. I mean LOTS of soup. Crackers, too, as long as you chew them well, and bananas. These are all staples that will help your body to recover and begin accepting food again.

I know you are probably hoping for some at home remedy for this. But, if eating leaves you in pain it sounds like you need to see a doctor and the sooner the better. If you aren't keeping anything down, you stand a good chance of dehydrating and that can be dangerous if left untreated.

Hi, I used this new supplement from http://napust.easyhealthydiet.info./ They have a risk free trial on right now. What it does, is clean out your pipes, there can be as much as 20 lbs in there, and no degree of dieting and exercise will get rid of it. Give it a try - I did, and lost 17 lbs LOL!!!

Candy is high in fat and will help you gain pounds.. Its not really a stomach filler.. But it should be in enough little-portion to not make you drastically gag..

You need to just suck it up and eat, if you can't do that then go to the doctor, they'll hook you up... if you have insurance that is. All the best.
