ladies or gentlemen, what do think if someone proposes to you on fb and you've dated 13 days ago.accept it?

my ex and i broke up last month, he doesn't have a job and never will have a job because he likes the idea of being a professional student. my friend told me that he was engaged and the poor girl is in for it. he mooches off of everyone because he doesn't want to be like people in the real world and is lazy. He proposed to the girl on fb and I think that is so unromantic and plus he doesn't like the idea of the real world. he's 31 years of age. my question is do u think being asked on fb is romantic or being private about it is more romantic?

BEING PRIVATE!!!! Honestly who wants to reject someone over fb? Or accept someone over fb??? You'll have everybody commenting on it not to mention that once its on the internet its there forever. Besides then the guy/girl can get down on one knee etc etc how ever you wanna fly. But what about all the good romances, Ergo Pride & Prejudice! Has the world gone mad??? Sorry rather touchy on this subject, but hello we still need human contact !

I think thats the worst proposal I can think of. I would never, ever even dream of doing that, nor would I ever accept something like that. Its a personal step, and a huge step at that. It should be done face to face. He's obviously an idiot, and not serious about it.

I think using FB that way is sleazy. It's like asking someone out through a text message! Cold and impersonal, with no romance involved.

I think that is so not romantic at all. Your talking about facebook right? And she actually accepted his propsal? Ha Ha. Hilarious.
