A little Paranoid! What are the chances?

OK, well I got pregnant 4 years ago while taking the pill, so I know my husband and I are fertile people! I am on depo provera now due to lack of comfort in the pill's effectiveness. I was sick last week and went to the doctor, she diagnosed me with sinusitis and gave me the antibiotic Azythromicin. I took the full course of the 5 day pill, it is supposed to stay in my system for 30 days. Well long story short, we had intercourse with-out using a back-up method on Saturday. What are the chances, actual percentages of this resulting in pregnancy? I called my ob/gyn and she said they would give me a blood test on Thursday to check hCG levels. I have an appt already on Thursday for a yearly pap and to talk about other birth control options as the shot and I are not getting along! I have tried Googling and trying to find as much information as possible but everything contradicts what the other site said and I don't know what is good information and what isn't! Am I just being EXTREMELY paranoid, or is this a real possibility?

Update:

I haven't missed a shot, or been late. I am not due for another one until the beginning of Jan. So no lack of coverage there other than the antibiotic lessening the protection!

the depo shot is very good.. i have been on it for 4 years no scares... they say its very hard to get pregnant while on the shot let alone getting off the shot and trying to get pregnant.

they do say though that antibiotics do lessen the effects of birth control.

but i think its like 1 in 1000 you could get pregnant unless you missed you shot....

probly not but its always a possibility. just wait it out till your tests come back, do things to get it off your mind.
