how many people drop out of BCT?
I am going to BCT here soon. How many people go awol or get out when they are in BCT? I just think it is funny how many people on here is all asking what they can do. Like I just went AWOL from BCT what do I do? Thanks.
They are calling boot camp now BCT which is boot camp training.

When I was a Drill Sergeant (Army) we had about a 5-7% washout rate each BCT cycle.

First of all, what is the acronym you're using? I've seen BCT used for military academies and that's about it.
For USAFA, it's something like 15% dropout, no AWOL (where the heck would you go?).
If you can drop out no problem then why go AWOL (a crime)?
