They ran a back ground check and told me I had a eviction notice from 2008 from a apartment I moved out of in early 2007. I gave the apartment people 30 days and paid what was owed. Well come to find out that the apartment people that I am trying to use uses a site to do backgrounds checks and credit checks. the site is called on-site.com. I called these people and they told me to call the apartment people and to call Davidson county court house to get more information. So I called the old apartment people and they could not find anything on me about me owing them money. They could not find information about me living there!!. So i ask the old apartment people if they could give me a note saying i did not owe them money and they said no and that is it. So i call the on-site.com and they told me I have to have a note. So i told the on-site people what they old apartment people said and they got rude with me and told me they don't give a **** what they said and that I need proof. So that is when I lost my cool and went off on these people and they drop the call fast. So my question is what Can I do. is there like any thing I can do. Can I sue these people for making false information about me? Also here is a good fact. I check all three credit report and they don't have anything on me about owing anyone money. Hell my credit score is 794. also the lady at the old apartment told me that they have three people with my first and last name that owe them money but it is not me because my middle name is diff from them. So i am thinking them people are looking at the wrong Robert Davis. Try to tell them and they told me that is not how it works. The on-site.com people. I just had knee op on july 7. I take 2-5mg pills every 4 hours because of the pain. I just don't want to get hooked on them. But I have to take them for the pain. I am in a lot of pain.

I am going in to the army so I have been running a lot. For about a week now my left knee has been stiff. It does not hurt at all but it is very stiff. The muscles just feel very tight. What can I do to make this go away. I run about 6 miles a week. Like I said it doe not hurt and I don't think it is anything bad. If it was hurting I would be going to the DR but nothing is hurting. So I leave for the army in FEB. I am running a lot and doing other things. Well I run down my road over other day. Well last night I was running a car was coming my way on the road. Well I get off the road and run on the grass when a car is coming. Well the person driving this car yelled out f u c k the military and tried to hit me with his car. He was driving so fast I could not get information off the car. I had my army shirt on. This street does not have a lot of cars that go down it. That is why I run down it. I scored about a 43 on the AS VAB. I have all ready pick my job and am going to BTC. I found out the Job that I picked is a very high tech job. But with my score I should not have been able to get it. Could my line scores have something to do with it? I was told by my recruiter my line scores was very high.
