How many quarts of oil is required for a 2009 kia spectra?

I been told 4.75,4.3 and 4 quarts. I put in 3.75 and my dip stick said full. If my car does take 4 will it hurt it if it is at 3.75. I want the right amount in it. The dip stick could be off. I don't know does anyone know how much it takes?

With the filter changed, Alldata calls for 4.2 quarts (or 4 liters) as long as you replace the filter, start the car after filling it, turn it off, recheck the dipstick to see if you need to add a little more. However, if it is to the upper full mark, that is absolutely perfect.

If I don't know then I usually pour in 4 quarts, let the engine run for a minute so that the oil can flow, turn the engine off, and then check it. Then I'll add as needed.
