What allergen(s) is/are present in a great amount on rainy days?

I am an aspiring opera singer. I've noticed that I have lots of sinus troubles, mainly on rainy days. My sinuses feel swollen on rainy days. On sunny days, I am fine. It is hard to practice on rainy days due to this problem, and I would like to correct it.

Update:

I am in Indiana.

Update 2:

The sinuses are more worse outside than inside.

    It is probably the mold spore count. Allergy desensitization shots may help.
